Mechatronics engineer The Hague

What will you do?

1. Mechatronic assembly: Build, integrate and assemble complex mechatronic modules and high-tech subsystems.
2. Electronics and cabling: Perform precision wiring, soldering and installation of electronic components, PCBs and electrical assemblies.
3. Testing and validation: Conduct measurements and functional tests using advanced equipment, including oscilloscopes and Vector Network Analysers.
4. Troubleshooting: Identify, analyse and resolve technical issues during assembly, integration and testing.
5. Technical documentation: Interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings and technical specifications. Prepare work instructions and test documentation.
6. Quality improvement: Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes, product reliability and overall production quality.
7. Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production and quality teams to deliver reliable and fully functional systems.

What do you bring?

1. MBO-4, Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related technical discipline.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in mechatronics, electronics assembly or high-tech engineering.
3. Practical knowledge of electronic components, PCB technology and mechatronic systems.
4. Experience with precision soldering, wiring and complex component assembly.
5. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings and engineering documentation.
6. Experience working with measuring and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes and network analysers.
7. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
8. A structured, accurate and quality-driven approach to work.
9. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
10. Proactive attitude and an interest in continuous technical development.
